ALL AMERICAN 5K/10K/PHANTOM (VIRTUAL) WALK/RUN

ABOUT THE RACE

With Spring just around the corner, NOW is the time to get ready for the 2024 edition of the All American 5K/10K.

Join us on Saturday, May 18, 2024 (ARMED FORCES DAY), at 8:00 am for the 14thh Annual All American 5K run/walk, 10K run, or Phantom (Virtual) run.  The race starts and finishes in the vicinity of the Frederick Brown Amphitheater (Shakerag Knoll) and is presented by American Legion Post 50 and the Peachtree City Running Club.  Proceeds from this event support the Veteran and Youth programs sponsored by American Legion Post 50 which serves the Peachtree City, Tyrone, and Senoia Communities.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

ALL AMERICAN PLAZA: Area inside the parking lot featuring race registration, vendors offering food and community information.

AMERICAN LEGION POST 50 OPEN HOUSE: Located at the rear of the amphitheater ticket office building, Post 50 is inviting everyone to visit the new post home. If you are a Veteran and looking for camaraderie and opportunities to work with fellow veterans on various community projects, come talk to us.  We will be happy to provide you information about what Post 50 and The American Legion do.

ALL AMERICAN PATRIOTIC ART CONTEST CREATES A UNIQUE, COLLECTIBLE T-SHIRT: Legion Post 50 hosted its fifth annual Patriotic Art Contest to further celebrate Armed Forces Day. The artwork submitted by local high school students will be on display on the All-American Plaza. The winning artwork is the design featured on the All-American T-Shirt.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR MILITARY VETERANS and FIRST RESPONDERS: (Police, firefighters, EMT and hospital worker) is offered as our way to say “THANK YOU” for your steadfast service.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION: Not a runner?  Wanting to avoid the crowd?  No problem.  You also have an alternative option by participating as a Phantom (Virtual) runner/walker.  For the price of registration (which includes shipping and handling), you will receive a race T-shirt.  You may choose to run/walk any course of your choosing at any time.

DIRECTIONS

From Atlanta take I-85 South to Exit 61, Peachtree City. Turn left onto GA Hway 74 South. Go 12 miles and turn left onto Kelly Dr./McIntosh Trail. Proceed approximately .5 miles and turn right into the Fred Brown Amphitheater parking lot. Parking Guides will guide you to your parking space. The All American Plaza is located inside the parking lot area.

AWARDS & AGE GROUPS

Overall awards will be presented to the top 3 M/F in open competitions.
Awards to top 3 M/F in following age groups: 10 & under (5K), age groups: 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, & 70+

RACE REGISTRATION

The Registration table opens at 7:00am and will issue race numbers to registered participants. Walkup registrations are welcome.
