The 2016 Rotary Elementary Grand Prix Awards Luncheon will be held on Thursday, May 26th, at 12:00 noon, at the Wyndham Conference Center, 2443 Hwy 54 W, Peachtree City. The luncheon is free to first, second and third place award winners. All children age 16 and under may bring a parent or guest also for free. Additional guests are $15.00 per person. Look for the Rotary banner inside the Conference Center. All winners will receive a plaque with their own photo on their award. Please RSVP to George Martin at email@example.com as soon as possible. For those who cannot make the luncheon, the alternate date to receive your award will be on June 6th at the regular Peachtree City Running Club meeting, at 7:30 PM, at the new Crown Plaza Conference Center on Aberdeen Drive in Peachtree City.Read More

CLUB MEETING – MONDAY, APRIL 3
We meet at 7:30 PM at The Wyndham Conference Center. We normally meet at Partner’s Pizza in April every year. However, due to a scheduling conflict, we will meet at Partner’s in June. Peachtree Bus sign-up begins here. First come – first served!! Dr. Logan Hart from the Dynamic Spine Center will be our guest speaker.
CLUB GRAND PRIX – SATURDAY, APRIL 8
Pick a Point. We begin at the Lake Peachtree Boat Dock at 8 AM. There will be three different points. Only one is the correct point. Participants choose which point they go to and return only after they have arrived at the correct point. First one back wins!

Consistency Run. Participants attempt to run the same time out to a point and the same time back. Closest spread wins! We start at 8 AM at the PTC Library.
8th ANNUAL ALL AMERICAN 5K – SATURDAY, MAY 27
SAVE THE DATE for this year’s 2017 All American 5K/10K co-hosted by the American Legion Post 50 and the Peachtree City Running Club. All proceeds from this event will go to support Veteran, Youth, and Community programs supported by Post 50 in the Peachtree City, Senoia, and Tyrone communities. It is easy to sign up. Just go to the “Events” tab of the PTCRC web site and register online or download a registration form which you can complete and mail in via ‘snail mail.’ Either way, be sure to make plans to enjoy this Memorial Day Weekend event. It’s almost summer and time to enjoy the great outdoors in Georgia. We meet at 7 PM on the outdoor patio on at Partner’s Pizza on Hwy 54 for an abbreviated business meeting. There will be no guest speaker this month. Optional Fun Run starts at 6 PM from the same location and goes rain or shine.
