CLUB MEETING – MONDAY, APRIL 7

We meet on the outdoor patio at Partner’s Pizza on Hwy 54 for an abbreviated business meeting beginning at 7 PM.   Optional Fun Run starts at 6 PM from the same location and goes rain or shine. The run is about 4 miles around Lake Peachtree. It’s a great opportunity to get some exercise, recharge with plenty of good-tasting pasta, and relax with your running buddies!

Lab Fit rep Alex Stanford will be our guest speaker.  He will be offering FREE body composition testing.

Lab Fit Physical Therapy is a family-owned, locally operated clinic dedicated to helping our community stay active, recover faster, and perform at their best. They will be offering FREE body composition testing at our meeting using their InBody Body Composition Machine(a $20 value).
Alex will be at Partner’s Pizza at 6:30 before our meeting to offer this 3 minute test! Each member will receive a print out that provides:
Muscle-Fat Analysis
Body Composition Analysis
Segmental Lean Analysis (breakdown of each extremity and trunk)
Visceral Fat Level
Fat and Lean Body Mass
If you would like this FREE analysis, follow these simple steps before your InBody Test to ensure consistent testing conditions and the most accurate results:
DON’T eat or exercise for at least 3 hours
