PTC Running Club 2021 Summer Track Classic Series

The famous PTC Running Club Summer Track Classic Series is back!!. After a one-year hiatus due to Covid last year, we are relaunching our ever-popular Wednesday evening track meets this summer. Club History

Founded in 1981, our club has grown to be one of the largest running clubs in the Metro Atlanta area. With over 100 miles of cart paths in Peachtree City, you are bound to run into someone you know eventually (pun intended!). We have members from all walks of life, ages and abilities.

Monthly Meetings

The Peachtree City Running Club holds its monthly meetings on the first Monday of every month with the exception of July and December. Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. and are currently held at Line Creek Brewery at 150 Huddleston Rd in PTC.  Actual meeting place is usually announced via e-mail and posted on our web site.

PTC Classic

The Peachtree City Classic consists of three different races: Women’s 5K, Men’s 5K  and 15K Open. All races are on certified courses. The course was voted the Best Course by Georgia Athlete Magazine. Plan on 10/16/2021 for next year’s race.  In the meantime, please join us for our Virtual 5K/10K Race this year.  Complete details are under the tab above, PTCRC Virtual Race.

Description:     Run around Lake Peachtree and predict your time. I will mark the course, so there will be a zig and zag into one neighborhood, and you won’t know until the day to add a little mystery.
