MONTHLY RUN SOCIAL – SATURDAY, AUGUST 10

We will meet at the Riley Field Track and begin at 8 AM.

Everyone will do a total of 5 strength Exercises and run a total of 8 laps on the track.

We’ll start off doing 2 stretches,

then run 2 Laps, come in and do 1 Strength Exercise,

Run 2 Laps, 1 Strength Exercise,

Run 2 Laps, 1 Strength Exercise,

Run 2 Laps, end with 2 Strength Exercises.

Once you are finished, you will give a time for how long you think it took you to complete everything.

Of course, no watches or watch face must be taped over.

The type of strength exercises, or how well you do them, or how many reps you complete is not a factor.  The only thing that counts is how close you come to guessing how long it takes you to complete the entire program.  Good luck!
