2025 Bus Registration

Sign-up form for the 2025 Peachtree Road Race bus.
Ticket Prices are $15.00 per Member and $20.00 per Non-Member.

On the Party Bus, the riders tend to be older--adult beverages and coarse language may be used on the bus. On the Family Bus, adult beverages are not to be consumed on the bus. Both buses cost the same. Seating on the bus is first come, first served. If you register for the bus, and the bus is already full, you will be placed on the wait list. When a spot opens on the bus, we will email you and offer a seat on the bus. You will have 24 hours to claim the seat (Rider 1).

In the event that the bus you have chosen is full, do you want to reserve a seat on the other bus while waiting for a seat to open on the other bus? For example, if you chose the Party Bus, and it is full, you will be given a seat on the Family Bus (assuming it has vacancies) and be placed on the Party Bus wait list. If a vacancy opens on the Party Bus, you will be automatically switched to the Party Bus, and you will receive an email notifying you of the change. If you chose no, you will still be placed on the wait list for the selected bus, but you will not have a seat unless one opens on your selected bus (Rider 1).

Terms: By remitting funds and signing below, you acknowledge and accept that you are requesting a reservation on the Peachtree City Running Club, Inc.’s bus to the Peachtree Road Race on your selected date. Your reservation is confirmed only once you receive an email from Ferguse at fergusesezobor@gmail.com. Once you receive that confirmation email, your deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. While your deposit is non-refundable, you are eligible to transfer your bus reservation, provided you send an email to Ferguse at fergusesezobor@gmail.com with the name, email, and cell phone of the replacement rider. Only riders who have received a confirmation email will be provided with a seat on their selected bus. Please bring a printed-out or electronic copy of your confirmation email to the bus. Please note that the payment confirmation email from PayPal is not your confirmation email for your bus seat. In the event that your selected bus is currently filled, you will be placed on the waitlist and you will receive an email from Ferguse. In the event that we are unable to provide you with a seat on the bus, we will refund your money entirely. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
